Psoriasis
There are many forms of psoriasis. It can be widespread or localised in one place. You may have a few large plaques or many small spots. There is the scale-less shiny psoriasis which affects the body creases. Psoriasis lesions can be constantly changing and evolving or thickly entrenched and unmoving. It can be hot, red and itchy or inactive, dry and cracking.

Your psoriasis may have been given one of a few labels inc:
- Guttate psoriasis
- Plaque Psoriasis
- Interiginous psoriasis
- Parapsoriasis
- Sebo-psoriasis or seboriasis
Is it likely that all psoriasis could be treated by a single medicine?
At Acumed our results show it is not. Your psoriais is generated by a unique set of internal conditions resulting in an abnormal growth of your skin. So we have a good long look at your skin, ask a lot of (sometimes seemingly irrelevant) questions about your internal health and then we construct a formula uniquely matched to your condition.
During treatment your psoriasis lesions will thin out gradually taking 3-6months to completely resolve. Any discoloration left on the skin will allow the condition to reoccur so to effect a complete cure the treatment should be continued until the pigmentation has normalised.
